I’m an author, journalist and digital marketer. My third book, Fertilisation To Fatherhood, is out now.
After spending five years in the television studios at Sky News and BT Sport in London, I have worked as a freelance writer and marketer. I’ve written for publications such as The Times, The Huffington Post and Time Out.
My debut book, (Just As Well) It’s Not About The Bike, is about my 1,300km cycle from Valencia to Gibraltar, while my second, Escape To California, recounts my experiences while living in the Golden State for nearly two years during the pandemic.
I lived in Panama for five months in 2017/18, managing the social media channels of the country’s largest language school. Upon my return to the UK, I oversaw digital marketing for an artificial intelligence start-up company that raised $6m in 14 seconds.
After departing California’s sunny shores in 2022, I returned to live in Cambridge.
